Run by Virginia Spencer-Smith, who graduated from the College of Osteopaths with First Class Honours and was awarded the Oakes Prize for academic achievement. Virginia has been qualified in therapeutic and holistic massage therapy since 1991 and registered with the General Osteopathic Council since qualifying as an osteopath.

The clinic was founded by Michael McDonnell, also a BSc(Hons) qualified osteopath from the College of Osteopaths.
